You can also connect tools such as Jobber, Square, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, and dozens of other apps so a review request can be triggered after a completed job, purchase, or other customer interaction.

Each review-request campaign email sent to a customer counts as one campaign email send. Follow-up emails also count individually. For example, an initial review request followed by three reminder emails uses four campaign email sends. Growth includes 1,000 sends per month, while Premium includes 5,000 sends per month.

No problem. Growth and Premium customers can add additional blocks of 1,000 campaign email sends for $10 per month. This gives growing businesses additional capacity without requiring them to change plans just because they need more email volume.

No. Your campaign email allowance is for emails sent as part of customer review-request campaigns. Normal service emails such as review notifications, account messages, and scheduled reputation reports do not count against your campaign email allowance.

Yes. Every plan includes one business location. Additional locations are $19 per month each on Starter and $29 per month each on Growth and Premium. This lets you manage multiple branches or locations from the same account.

Campaign email allowances and other account-level limits are shared across the locations on your subscription. Premium includes advanced email-sending options, including the ability to use a custom From address or connect a supported email provider. This can make review requests feel even more familiar and consistent with your business's existing customer communication.
